Greatly enjoyed staying at the double room with shower and bath, for example...

Quiet and absolutely fabulous hotel in a quiet area near restaurant as well as Santa Lucia train station. Got big room with books and toilet and balcony. Great and absolutely perfect location, at a short distance from a wide canal.

Very good bed, great to have a ceiling fan and air condition. The room was sweet in an old fashioned way and it is very quite down an alleyway which is pretty and sweet. I will recommend for budget travelers for sure!
Just skip Breakfast, it is very minimal...

Proximity to the water buses (vaporettos?), water taxis, the train station, and the bus station. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is down a cul-de-sac and was very quiet. All in all, about what I hoped for.

All the staff were efficient and friendly.
I love breakfast, but like all Italian hotels, the breakfast here was very small.

Room booked in different hotel without prior notice and asked to stay there. Bad service.

For the price paid considering that it was high season in Venice it is very good value for money spent. One has to keep in mind that this is a one star hotel.
They did not have basic maps of Venice whcih all hotels should have and kept on posponing giving us one till the day we left

The location is okay, not far from the train station. The receptionist is helpful and friendly.
The toilet is too small and has no dividing door between the shower and the sink.

I had a such great experience here, everything was great, the location was magnificent adjacent to cruise terminal as well as the Central Bus Station. The hotel staff was consistently courteous and pleasant, not annoying. Asked for double room and it was functional and big size with bath. Had warm drinks in the Irish bar in the evening.

The hotel is old and actual not much facilities in the room (no TV and kettle; WIFI always out of order) . The water pressure for shower is very low and water is a little bit cold.

The air conditioning was ineffective and uncomfortable.

It was really close to the central station and it helped a lot, because it's very hard to walk in Veneza with luggages.
The hotel is very simple for the price (as many hotels in Veneza). The price is high, but all the hotels there is expensive.
